Well well well, here's the quick version, still a lot to do to fully integrate it but this works. I had to mess with the inverse kinematics a bunch since I redesigned the arm and all the angles were out of whack. I've wanted this for a long time!

Still overhauling the assembly buildings, making some progress. Big difference is the showcase camera & other stuff are part of the launch vehicle, not the scene, so they can be custom to each vehicle. Lots of other stuff to do though!

Needed to find a better way to organize/proofread my dialog system outside of Unreal, and it turns out that Twine is actually really good for that! My custom system is so similar to twine's I only had to make minor changes to the dialog data table processing to accept raw twine output.

Came to a realization about why I hate GIMP

In 25 years of experience with GIMP, I built mastery of GIMP's irregular UI that transfer to basically nothing else. In just a few years with CSP I'm actually growing as an artist, building skills that transfer across not just programs but mediums.

Got the blinds physics prebakes done for all three sets of blinds, programmed actors for all of them, along with a home controller for setting up the state of the home for different scenes or based on save game or w/e. I made the blinds to use the same textures as the house siding :)

This generic acetaminophen had an Amtrak ACS-64, four Amfleet 1 cars, a Conrail EMD GP15-1, and some Conrail rolling stock in it. The problem is more serious than I thought.

aside from animating a one-off special scene, that's all I'm gonna do animation-wise for this bat. Maybe key a dive animation to make it look like they're catching moths and stuff, but yea :3
