I've been playing making a chilli, (green) tomato and whisky chutney, potentially as a new recipe for our Summerton Whisky Journal.
It's delicious, but the strong flavours in there mean the whisky gets lost, so it doesn't meet the grade to be included in our Food & Drink section.
