Trump’s doing everything in his power to try and free a convicted felon Tina Peters (R) for her role in the 2020 breach of voter machine data. Peters is in a Colorado state prison, hoping to get her moved to federal- Her attorney is backing a Trump idea of using a military raid to free her.

Apparently it’s a crime to remind military members to follow the law and refuse illegal orders (something that it is ingrained in basic) and the pentagon can recall you into the service to discipline you. However, the pentagon will not prosecute you for dodging the draft five times.
