Lingonberries are partridgeberry. Which are native to Nova Scotia but not easily found in nurseries. Bunch berry nursery in Annapolis may have some.

I've been out of commission due to a surgery, but rolled out some slabs to play with in preparation for my downtime. They are getting stiffer and I am playing with geometric form and colour decoration. White stoneware, mayco underglazes, paper resist. ##handcraftedpottery ##novascotiapottery

UK Labour should be wound down - absolute fraud of an organisation.
Essentially it is art therapy. Focus your brain on a fiddly task and the feelings and worries will out. I run open studio pottery and have the same experience.

3 or 4 days would be good for Montreal. And make sure you see Quebec City.
There are charts if you 'which order to read Discworld' I usually advise something after Equal Rites but before Hogfather. The later ones assume you know how the disc works and they can be a little disturbing if you are not expecting it.
2 weeks in Canada will allow you to travel a little outside Montreal. Be aware public transit is slow or non existent so you will need to rent a car to go anywhere outside Montreal. Halifax is a 14 hour drive from Montreal. I would stick to exploring just Quebec and save the rest for the next visit.
