139.99 gets you 5k "ko points". Comes with 8 champ tokens (you unlock a champ with 1 token and you start with 1 for free). I unlocked teemo. Only way to get Arcane Warwick is by spending 3500 KO points on the upgrade pass leaving you at 1500 points which is not enough for any of the current skins.
