I didn’t use Power Items for my Charizard Y since I didn’t have them yet when I first got her, as opposed to my Charizard X who I got fairly recently (as in just now).
My Charizard Y is female and my Charizard X is male.

It'll be at the same time globally as it's a patch
Patches tend to drop 01:00 UTC (all prior DLC except IoA dropped then)
