It's World Mental Health Day. In the midst of caring for my wife 24/7, dealing with my own physical illnesses, I also deal with major depression & anxiety disorders. Every day is like climbing a cliff with boulders tied to my legs. Everyone talks about being supportive, but few actually are. Change.

Had an argument with Alexa. I made coffee, after answering an unrelated question she said "enjoy your coffee." Freaked me out, I hadn't said anything about coffee. It was just a creepy predictive response. I unplugged her.
