For everyone moving here and talking how it’s so great to be away from Twitter and then following every same old “Resistance” account-

Maybe think about how this site was dominated by trans people who accurately assessed this risk and left Twitter over a year ago and follow them.

Nothing political about watching the cooking shows on YouTube. It’s amazing how many channels realize the bottom will drop out of the economy and they’re teaching me how to survive on $20 a week. 🤣

Nothing political about LA’s Arboretum & Botanic Garden. 127 acres nestled into the San Gabriel Mountains in Arcadia. If you need a sense of peace in these scary times, it’s open every day except Christmas.

I spent the last few months channeling all my election anxiety into a giant sprawling spreadsheet tracking all 109 (i think) Project 2025 orgs, their top funders, staff, networks they belong to, + tax status and whether they appear to be violating it. Go wild: docs.google.com/spreadsheets...

To those who voted for tRump to increase their wealth, just remember the millions who walked into the showers at Auschwitz. Many of them also had great retirement savings, expensive art, jewelry, gold, mansions, summer homes, good jobs & friends in high society. They thought wealth would save them.

The Trump wave hit every kind of county.

It especially hit urban counties, young counties, and heavily Hispanic/non-white counties.
