Election Assistance Commission leaders are now briefing secretaries. Chair Don Palmer notes that the FY26 NDAA requires the EAC to do penetration tests of voting systems. The EAC is working with MITRE on a pentesting exercise for election-night reporting systems.

I'm at the National Association of Secretaries of State's winter meeting, where the Elections Committee mtg is starting. DHS election integrity official Heather Honey was supposed to attend but canceled this AM. DOJ's Harmeet Dhillon also canceled. We'll see if two listed WH officials show up.

People who engage in murder or conspire to commit murder, regardless of whether they are federal agents or private indiv., need to be arrested + prosecuted. Same goes for people who commit other state crimes. This needs to be happening across the country. whyy.org/articles/phi... @fsfp.bsky.social

Absolutely shocking the misrepresentations & pretzel twisting going on to justify the move to dismiss. Most concerning is that Skandalakis completely ignores the reams of evidence of the alleged unlawful breach of voting machines in Coffee County, caught on camera! Those involved are off scott free
