#Rhinebeck is as gorgeous as it’s hyped to be! The New York State Sheep & Wool Festival is so overwhelmingly vast & beautiful, but I think I am prepared. We got some great interviews today, got the hospitality booth set up for the barn volunteers who brought their sheep, & met some amazing people.

It's been two weeks since Adelita Grijalva was elected and Mike Johnson has still refused to seat her, unlike in past cases where he swore in new members within 24 hours.

There cannot be one set of rules for Rs and another for Ds.

Then I blended this wool with locally grown chocolate brown alpaca that Shari also had previously washed for me.

So a lot of money & days of my time & effort resulted in 9 of these 2 oz batts of super soft locally grown and prepared fiber.

a few years ago from Anna Harvey, a CA wool grower. Andrea and I split the cost and we drove it down to Shari at Morro Fleeceworks for washing. Then I used my @clemesandclemes lock pop tool to flick all the locks to prepare them for carding on my new electric drum carder from Clemes and Clemes. 2/

I’m done. The irony of @disney capitulating to #fascisminamerica by suspending @jimmykimmellive.bsky.social days after #Andor rightfully won the #Emmy for best #writing, which included #MonMothma’s senate speech decrying Palpatine’s #genocide, is staggering. This is beyond shameful.
