Struggling with ADHD myself. This is an annoying, exhausting daily occurrence for me. I'll either message someone too much or retract and avoid speaking with them all together. I've been rejected my whole life because I'm quite annoying to be around. I'll work hard to overcome my short comings!

On a personal level, this is one of my hardest things to deal with. Thankfully its not constant, and I've learned outward reactive regulation, but inside its still this, and sometimes the sad slips out >> 1/2
Post reads: People with ADHD have what’s called Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). It’s an extreme emotional response to perceived criticism or rejection. Your brain can’t regulate the emotional pain, so a small comment feels like a devastating attack. A minor correction feels like total failure. Someone’s tone feels like hatred. It’s not oversensitivity. It’s not being dramatic. Your brain literally can’t modulate the intensity of that emotional response. It’s neurological, not a character flaw. Post reads: If you love someone with ADHD, understand that tone is a weapon you didn't know you were carrying. A short text or a sigh of frustration isn't just a moment of stress to them, it's a signal of impending exile. Your consistency and reassurance aren't coddling; they are the bridge that helps them cross the gap of their own neurological insecurity.

A friend of mine deleted all their socials a little while ago. I was hoping they'd come back, but it's been awhile now and it concerns me. They're such a sweet person, but would hit depression spells on occasion. I just hope they're alright.

I kinda wish this was its own thing outside of VRChat. It would be cool to log into a NeoWorlds website and play. There could be an sdk so you could upload your own avatar there and basically be a pixel web based version of VRChat.

Man, I love sleeping. I could sleep a whole 8 hours wake up and go back to bed for another 8 hours. How do people manage to stay up so long though? After a few hours I need a nap. On breaks at work I almost always nap through them.
