How much do you think absence/return of Kyler Gordon and TJ Edwards could close this gap?

I was/am worried abt indications of Grady Jarrett's declining play, so went searching for signs of optimism. Guys coming off an ACL tear often need about a half-season to return to form. Jarrett's second-half of 2024 looked much more in-line with his '22 or '21 form. Hopefully that continues #Bears

Dayo’s sacks totals last year are misleading. Kwity got a much of the cleanup. Dayo’s rate of pressures converted to sacks was v low so he’s a good positive regression candidate

Do you think they work Jarret in at NT some? His pass rush juice seems to have sapped with age+ACL

I like the Odeyingbo signing much more that the Jarrett one.

Some similarities w/ Walker in terms of moving inside on PR situations, but Dayo wins w/ speed more

Booker is a bowling ball, but he has the 5th slowest 10 yard split of any prospect in Mockdraftable's database (going back to two decades). He wasn't an obvious top-10 pick before the combine... Long suffering Bears fan, and I think you’re probably right about this. However, if they do somehow miraculously land Johnson, I think it will be because he and Poles share some common ground. They’re essentially the same age, both played college ball in the ACC. Both played on the offensive side.

And so utterly predictable… it remains Ryan Poles biggest misstep (worse than the Chase Claypool trade, the Nate Davis signing etc)
