I remember the day it happened. @sylusdarkwater.bsky.social and I were in Chattanooga having breakfast in our hotel room. We started laying the groundwork, and later that year we did our I Do's. Which means this Nov. 7 will be our ten year anniversary.
This month marks the TEN YEAR anniversary of gay marriage being legalized here in the US.
It's only been ten years.
I am disheartened to how right wing weirdos have made being queer political & ramped up attacks on queer people.
It's hard to not be depressed about it, but we've gotta stay strong.
