Das ist doch alles zu zeitaufwendig 🤣🤣🤣🗣

Bei uns sitzt man lieber bis zu 1h in der Küche, man ist häufig am Handy während der Übergabe (auch wenn man sie gerade kriegt) und kriegt von ALLEN Pat. Ne ausführliche Übergabe. Für alles andere müsste man ja aufstehen und arbeiten und was tun...🤣

Du musst mal zu mir kommen, dann gehst du schreiend raus.

Ein neues Übergabeschema + Übergabe am Bett wird als UNFAIR und respektlos empfunden und man beschwert sich deshalb bei der Leitung. 😭 Lieber hockt man ne Stunde am Handy und bleibt in der Küche sitzen

So wichtig die Implementierung von Übergabeschemata ist, lasst mich euch einen Tipp geben: wenn auf eurer Station die Leute am Handy hocken und während der Übergabe nie zuhören & ihr auch eine Leitung habt, die sich 0,0 durchsetzen kann, werdet ihr nur fluchen, wenn ihr sowas macht.
