How do people not understand that sending a “can we talk?” email/text out of the blue with zero context = insta anxiety.
I also don’t understand why my nervous system reacts like a bear is chasing me every dang time… 🐻 🫀🧠 💥

My body has decided 5:30 AM is the right time to be wide awake every morning, even on holidays. Very incompatible with catching up on sleep while I’m off work, but nice for early morning writing 👩🏼💻☕️

When you're writing and you almost put two words together that cannot go together. In my WIP, I keep wanting to describe something as "silent but deadly" 😩💨. Then, someone is holding a "log" (as in a notebook) and I just typed out that they dropped their log 😖.

Thinking about how, as a kid, JUST SAY NO and DARE had me so ready for the day some random person would offer me drugs on the street.
Anyways, my dog and I just waked past the local cannabis store and they gave me a THC seltzer sample and he got a CBD biscuit. We’re having a nice walk 🍃👩🏼🐶💚
