Gave Michael Clayton a shot knowing absolutely nothing about it other than it was made by Andor's Tony Gilroy and stars George Clooney, and, yep, that's definitely a movie made by the guy who made Andor, alright.

Castlevania was the first NES game I ever played - it took me half the night to work my way to the end of the third stage, but I was rewarded with seeing Dracula’s clock tower lair (the last stage of the game) in the far distance.
It was the first time a game felt like an interconnected world.

Wicked in general is way funnier than you might expect, and the second act in particular gets campy as hell as the play tap-dances around the events of the MGM movie, but because a studio blockbuster can’t be allowed to be intentionally camp, For Good becomes schizophrenically melodramatic.

I’m surprised there isn’t a mindless Geometry Wars mode in Sektori, because, yeah, I find myself tuning out with the overly-ridiculous multi-phase bullet hell boss fights AND the overly-elaborate deckbuilding bullshit.
The twitch-action game wants to engage players’ reflexes and their brains—and not always smoothly.
