He’s also playing with a German bow. Compared to a French bow those are less agile/speedy but give you more volume/power, and are easier on the joints for long sessions or people with hypermobility issues

My non-musically inclined siblings in Hydaelyn, Estinien is playing the double bass (also called upright bass), not a cello or violin. 😂❤️
Cellos are much smaller and are played while sitting with it in front. Vilons are small enough they're placed on your shoulder and under your chin.
