These women often are childfree, unmarried, well-educated and successful in their profession. Each character that falls under the archetype dismantles pre-existing stereotypes of womanhood. I've just written 2500 words of my novel-in-progress in the past hour, which is unheard of for me! You know when it feels like it's not coming *from* you but coming *through* you? Never experienced anything quite like this. I'm feeling like I'm on the home stretch, I can almost see the end now. Wow!
