Really need to thank the weather gods. My friend and I have had a run of unseasonable or unfriendly weather on days we picked to meet for al fresco lunch (spanning years) and the rain held off and we had a really nice day today.

Listened to an audiobook that takes place in part in Hawai'i and the narrators are all using an alternate pronunciation of Mauna Kea that is actually grating on me worse than the various ways I've heard narrators say Haleakalā.
