Divorced

They realized it was over and that their marriage was an escape plan not a “Love you eternally” type deal

They had long fallen out of love, and divorced rather than pretending for sake of my sis & I.

Slow down, don’t rush

My parents desired to be grown ups so bad. We’ve taught our kids the importance of taking the time to lay a solid foundation and then proceeding. Don’t just GO!
Stop! Build. Go.
