If you buy Midnight Landing on Arcade Archives this week, you'll receive a Biorhythm calculator at no extra cost! You can use it to measure your humors or whatever, I don't know. I'm not from the 70s.

Have you ever seen a biorhythm chart before? No? Well, imagine a rectangular graph, wider than it is tall, with many vertical lines and a single blue horizontal line running through the middle. Values at the bottom of the graph range from 1 to 31. There's a vertical yellow line going through the 20th. There are three sinusoidal waves weaving through the graph: A red "Body" line, a green "Feeling" line, and a blue "Intellect" line. Text at the top reads "JUL 2022 BIORHYTHM" because that's when I added the article to TCRF. Oh, and there's a birthday below that: "24 AUG 1953". Can you guess the significance of that date? Anyway, that's what's in the picture. Enjoy landing planes at midnight.

We're a bit late to the party, but Data Crystal turned 20 years old last month! That's... old.

DC is the sister wiki to TCRF, focused on reverse engineering, datamining, and documentation; stuff useful for ROM hacks and fan translations.

Getting into the groove of making articles again. Here's one for Strategy X, which was released on Arcade Archives a few weeks back. Includes version differences with the older Stern set, an unused enemy, and evidence for a possible older Konami set buried in Stern's version.

going to clean up unused accounts on the wiki tomorrow

if you have an account and have made any edit at all, your account won't be deleted. this only affects accounts that were registered and never actually used, and only if they haven't been logged into in >180 days.
a ms paint notice informing you that i am deleting unused accounts on the tcrf wiki. an unused account has 'no edits, no uploads, no log entries" (moving pages, etc) and hasn't been logged into for over 180 days. you can avoid having your account deleted by logging in.

Now that Deltarune has been out for a few weeks, you might want to take a look inside the game! A big chunk of chapter 3 got cut, and there's a lot of unused sprites throughout both new chapters.

A larger number of items from Gaelco's archives were given to us recently. Amongst them was a World Rally prototype (on Modular System) from before Carlos Sainz image was covered with a giant helmet. The development story is well known, so this is an important piece of history.

This is a week late, but here's a TCRF article on Dead Connection that I made a few years back. Notable finds include a big debug menu, scrapped 4P support, a location test screen, hidden cameos from Zak and Mel of Pu-Li-Ru-La fame, and a mess of unused destructibles.

It's impossible to 100% Space Station Silicon Valley (N64) due to one of the trophies being intangible, but good news! The PlayStation port (that renamed it to Evo's Space Adventures, halved the framerate, removed some levels, and replaced the whole soundtrack) fixed it!

Nintendo's first Dual-Screen platform, this third pillar happily coexisted with both its predecessor in the Game Boy line and its competitor from Sony by immediately monopolizing practically the entire handheld space. Known early in development as the Nitro System - a name which survives through the line's serial code, NTR - and later the City Boy, its intuitive touch-screen control, strong third-party support, and low-cost high-capacity game cards quickly resulted in it becoming the most successful handheld platform in history. And it prints money!
