No, we specifically got a new fiber company because I work from home. My kids do high school here and my husband works nights and weekends, sometimes days here. We need it! Fiber was never supposed to go out. But... they are building a bridge 😜

Power is ok (whew). I disconnected from the wonky Texas grid years ago. I get neighborhood messages regularly askingif ours is off and when it's coming back on. I thought fiber would be the answer to the internet outages but it has its own growing pains 🫠
