Again I think I said this on Day Two, Snowboarding but from the Ski Jump hill, no flippy stuff just straight distance covered!
Hear me out ... It's long-track speed skating but they have to do a jump everytime they cross the start/finish line?!?! Just a simple Axel, Salchow, Toe-Loop or Lutz. Each time! That'd be fun!!!

If I am the IOC, I'm telling World Curling to get its shit together or curling is up for review.
Also, if I'm World Curling, I'm bringing the hammer down on all the athletes after this. The kids clearly can't be relied on to police themselves anymore, so they lose their privileges to do so.

Femke Kok goes nuclear with a 10.18 100m and a new Olympic Record to win gold in the 500m over half a second in front of her teammate Leerdam.
That is some power put down by Jutta Leerdam in the 500m; not a flawless run, but the power more than makes up for the small errors, and she leads with 3 pairs to come.

I was never a skate guard guy when I played hockey, and I understand their necessity for speed skating with how sharp the edges have to be, but the length of the blade makes the skate guard for speed skates look super goofy, like the crowd should be shouting "NERRRRRRRRDDDDD!!!" at whoever uses them
