Thank you, Iris! When I had a bone scan, all the techs were wearing blue surgicals, but my tech had *no mask(!) But she agreed to wear an Aura I offered her. She wasn't wearing a mask b/c the blue surgicals fogged up her glasses! She said, "I wish the hospital provided us with better masks." Wow!

Excellent, Dr. Gorfinkel! Thank you so much for keeping Covid in the public eye and writing such an informative piece! I also feel affirmed (and less crazy) for continuing to take Covid precautions! Thank you!!!

DYK?

Since July 2022, the lag between COVID-19 symptom onset and a positive PCR test is 4.5-6.5 days.

You might test positive earlier than 5 days after symptom onset, but it can be up to one week.

That's PCR--with RATs you're even less likely to test positive within the first 5 days of symptoms.

Trudeau’s speech showed what a true leader sounds like.
Calm, tough, comforting and honest.
He took questions without insulting the reporters or Trump and the whole conference was dignified.
The contrast to Trump was stark, startling and reassuring.
