Y'all realize that even if there is a federal case against Jonathan Ross, Trump will simply pardon him, and there's no way that even a considerably more liberal SCOTUS will let states prosecute a federal agent on duty, right?

I think it would be easier for AOC to earn the older generations votes than for Newsome or Kamala to earn the younger.
