Meta knowingly let millions of adult strangers contact minors.

The same company that allowed its AI to have sexual conversations with children.

The same company behind a super PAC that’s trying to stop states from enacting commonsense safeguards for AI.
🚨 NEWLY UNSEALED DOCS:
Meta had a 17-STRIKE policy for sexual predators and sex traffickers on its platforms.

Docs also have smoking-gun proof that Meta lied to Congress about correlation between its dangerous products and increased anxiety and depression.

Big Tech’s data-center boom runs on NDAs — billion-dollar projects officials can’t describe, negotiate, or even identify. Communities pay higher utility costs while Big Tech turns public infrastructure into private property.

Big Tech’s AI money scheme is simple: they invest in a startup, the startup is required to spend the money right back on their cloud, and everyone pretends it’s “growth.” At best, it's a house of cards. At worst, it's a bubble.

pay very close attention to this "100% confidence" standard because it's the same one AI companies like openAI use to determine whether or not a user is talking about killing themselves:

Good morning to everyone except for the Meta executives who were aware that millions of adult strangers were contacting minors on its sites, knew Instagram was letting adult strangers connect with teenagers, aggressively targeted young users, & then "lied to Congress" about it!

AOC is wise to the fact that the AI industry is openly angling for government bailouts. The AI industry is already a product of corporate welfare policies (incl dispensations from copyright enforcement and data center permitting) but it's about to get worse.

"In effect, the judge preserved the very monopoly he ruled unlawful — and turned it into a down payment on the next one."

We wrote about how Google's "punishment" for monopolizing search is giving it the freedom to monopolize new AI markets.

Big Tech wanted federal AI preemption. Voters didn’t. Congress didn’t. So Trump is trying to do it alone — overriding states to protect Big Tech profits, not the public.

Big Tech spent a year trying to erase state AI protections. Congress said no. Trump’s EO tries again — overriding states so companies can dodge liability for harms their own engineers keep warning about.
