These settlements offer a measure of accountability, but to truly protect children and teens from Big Tech's dangerously designed products, Congress and state legislatures need to enact lasting change.

Uber uses surge pricing that jumps even when demand hasn't ACTUALLY changed. Ticketmaster spikes prices in real time as you're checking out. Airline passengers get different fares based on what the algorithm thinks you'll pay.
