Then you have little empathy for those working families who
will reply on the outcome of these discussions for future income and financial security. I don’t like Trump or having to be nice to him but reality
is until new markets and security agreements are solidly in place our PM needs to do this.

Can’t comment on the legal justification for this sentence but thought after reading that the Crown was looking for 7 & 8 years respectively that they would get 24 to 48 months. Sends a very bad message to idiots planning something like this in the future. Will the Crown appeal? 🇨🇦🍁

One of the best countries
in the world and we still
allow employers to pay poverty wages while they run around in $80,000 pickups, BMW’s and live in nice neighbourhoods. There are some employers who treat their people well and kudos to them. But many are skimming off the backs of workers. 🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦🍁

Let’s put this into proper perspective. New Zealand has a minimum wage of $23.50 per hour. People there earn 1 1/2 times for work on Saturdays and double time on Sundays and holidays. If I work 8 hrs on Sat and again on Sun I will earn $658. In Ont I would have to work 37.4 hrs to earn that.

I fear this may be the slippery slope. Why the necessity? This could result in more scoring but if the majority of points come from kicking field goals then I don’t see that as being good for the game! Canada strong!
