Absolutely this. Book pirates are stealing needed income from writers--damned few of us are making any sort of significant money.
Libraries are free for you to use, serve the public good, are great, support creators financially and, I cannot be clear enough about this-- ARE FREE FOR YOU TO USE-- so pirating books makes you kind of an asshole, not some Marxist revolutionary.

The emails reveal the special training given to FBI personnel working on what it called the “Epstein Transparency Project.” In some instances they referred to it as the “Special Redaction Project.” The training entailed PowerPoint slide presentations and video instruction on how to review the files.

My daughter and I visited the house we lived in when she was a baby, and she was shocked a 29-year-old Navy guy could afford a nice house in a safe neighborhood.
That wasn’t crazy in 1996 — but today, a nice house is out of reach for so many young people. That has to change.

Ran out of wood for heat last night. It's 30 degrees. I'm less than 12% body fat, and barely mobile, so I figure hypothermia will get me relatively easily. It's been a good run y'all. I tried since last week to get more wood, unsuccessfully. I'm mostly ok with this. I'm not giving up completely
