I have a book coming out soon with a major publisher. Academic but accessible and discusses interesting/socially relevant topics.
How do I get bookstores, libraries, etc to order my book? I assume the publisher will promote it, but what should I do?

What's a movie where the B plot stands out above the A plot?
For me it's Jungle Fever, an interesting movie about interracial dating and an excellent movie about drug addiction starring Samuel L. Jackson and Halle Berry doing some of the best acting of their illustrious careers.

Not like highbrow or super cerebral stuff, just a good selection of like action figures and things like that - typical 10 year old boy stuff.

Why did no one remind me Wicked For Good was a musical? No, really, they'd talk for a while and I'd be lulled and then they'd start singing again and I'd remember this is a musical.
(I'm not the biggest fan of musical films, though I did end up liking this movie anyway)
