Basically one part of the clue is the actual clue and all the rest are hints as to what the word is.

A lot are anagrams. Some are using the first or last letters of other words.

So. One today was.
Nurse’s job? Get air supply (6)

The clue is Nurses job and Get air is an anagram of triage

We do this thing where you swap people staying in your house for pet sitting.
