Coming from you that is a great compliment. Thank you!
I noticed a few with a different pattern which I learned are the Queen butterflies (Danaus gilippus). Again, the Gregg's Mistflower is one they can't get enough of.

Thank you so much for the compliment! ๐Ÿ˜Š
We had milkweed in the past and saw so many that year. This year we could not find any nurseries that had it but it is great for them. Very cool that you had it!
Gregg's Mistflowers are a huge hit this year. They are just loving it. We have asters that are doing well which they like. I have a vitex which is almost done but they have been floating around it. I took a few pictures but they were too dark.
Then we have a friend in common ๐Ÿ˜Š
We do too! We try to plant flowers that are native and attract them. That's wonderful and so kind that you have cared for so many!

Beautiful! I hope they make it safely to you!
The arrival of the Monarch butterflies (Danaus plexippus) is always an exciting time. They are here, flourishing amongst the flowers. This one is enjoying a Gregg's Mistflower (Conoclinium greggii), a Texas native perennial.

These aromatic asters (Symphyotrichum oblongifolium) have been silent all summer long until just days ago when they exploded in blooms. Before word could get out, these honey bees were dancing all over it.

Happy Halloween! ๐Ÿ‘ป๐Ÿ’€
Thank you so much! ๐ŸŽƒ
Same here. Really all varieties but this one I really like.
Any trick-or-treaters this Halloween? My Scarlet Sage (Salvia coccinea) is offering "treats" to all pollinators out there celebrating the season! ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ

Exactly. It's great entertainment especially with a cup of coffee.
So beautiful. ๐Ÿฅฐ Thank you for sharing your world.
Then by all means, duty calls!
