Yoshi spent 90 minutes this morning throwing up stomach acid so I took him to the vet and the general consensus is he's basically a raccoon and needs to stop eating things he finds outside. He's fine.

I would tell you under oath that I woke up suddenly at 3 am to the sound of Yoshi gagging like he was about to throw up. Heard it twice. And yet, no barf in his crate. Thought he was whining to go outside. No, in fact he wanted to get into bed with us. Okay buddy.

Five months since my layoff. I'm not giving up or anything but the market is just rough. I have a part time gig that should be extendable and other possibilities out there. So I'm choosing peace - to not freak out or get down on myself. I'm working hard at what I have and the right thing will come.
