I really don't understand how people can just lie to each other so easily, especially to people they care about. At this point its easy for me to tell but its frustrating to ever have to second guess my own sanity. Just be blunt, be truthful, own up

After over 10 years of off and on schooling: fighting with myself, lifes hiccups, and the worlds challenges - I have finally graduated from college with my undergraduate in Biology with a focus in Environmental Science. Would be lying if it didn't make me smile big to finally see that I've done it.🥂

My psychiatrist says I have to see her in an appt EVERY MONTH to be allowed to get my adhd meds, is this true? Is there a way another psychiatrist or doctor can just prescribe it with monthly refills? I'm not a fan of paying 70 a month then another 5 just to get my meds
