Not much in the constitution that is more blunt or straightforward than this. Compared to this the 2nd amendment is a cryptogram. Any court that finds that the President can end birthright citizenship is an illegitimate court.

The 'Cartel' boat was maybe 57 non-stop *hours* away from US shores
It wouldn't have had fuel for that even without 11 people.
It wouldn't have had room for enough drugs to make it worth doing.
