so im at the queer health clinic today gettin a routine checkup, bloodwork done and when my doc sends me to get blood drawn the nurse who draws it is a tranny and when she's readin the bloodwork orders she frowns and goes hmmm this can't be right, this says you should be at trough levels today but it says your last shot was 5 days ago?

and im like yeah, i shoot every 5 days but do half the prescribed dose every time i do, so this is trough levels for me, it's to avoid the val crash day and also so i could quit spiro, cause that she's the devil, and as i say this this chick smirks and i very clearly hear her mutter "oh, the ktp method?"

and im like, i'm sorry? and she goes, nothing. and im like, do you mean katie- and she looks MORTIFIED and CUTS ME OFF AND GOES "LET ME JUST DO THE TEST, DO YOU HAVE AN ARM PREFERENCE?" and then never mentions it again
