This week I built libfido from scratch with fips validated OpenSSL libraries and no dependencies on brew or Mac ports so I can use fido authentication with ssh

And I deadlifted 185kgs for 3 reps.

It’s not everyday you see your life flash before your eyes and catch it on video. Almost died this morning. No joke.

The bar edged down just enough on my back I had to hike it up with a calf raise.

Anyway I’m fine. But I don’t see myself using my squat stands for a long time.
