It's absolutely not transformational. I'm a drafter and people have sent me AI drawings that are laughably incorrect to the point that no CAD program would even allow you to create such dimensions and breakouts. It's a crutch for lazy people who can't do the work.

I was a lifted student, but I never reached my full potential because of a lack of programs like this. We should always encourage our best students to be taken offroad to maximize the use of their lifts, instead of simply driving them on streets and highways.

My wife is an elementary gifted ed specialist. The idea that gifted kids either don't exist or don't benefit from gifted education services is both wrong and harmful to those kids. Phasing out gifted programs is stupid. www.nytimes.com/2025/10/02/n...
