Have you seen this woman recently? Kat/Kater/Katelyn Mulder has vanished. Her car was recovered in pierce co after a police chase- the driver claimed to be Katelyn but was not. Katelyn’s dog was found tied to a fence hours away from home (and succumbed to neglect). Her fam & friends are scared 💔
