I work with a decent amount of young adult video game players (18-25) and I've noticed a curious trend when it comes to game pricing:
Anything in the full price range ($50-$70) is an auto-reject. $40 range is very unlikely as well. $30 and under or free to play with in game purchases seems to be 👍

I can't wait for the future when we hear just how badly this most recent GTA 6 delay fucked things up for other studios.
I bet entire release and dev cycles for some major games were purposely put in plan to avoid coming out during GTA 6's launch window

I'm having a blast with Black ops 7 but everyone's shidding and pissing on it.

That being said, I am having fun with the multiplayer but the game does feel very different than last years in a way that I can't quite articulate.
I think it's the movement and auto aim, it just feels more challenging than last years game. FWIW, I only stopped playing BO6 like 2 months ago.

Call of Duty Black Ops 7 is still really new and it's so funny to see people praising it for its realistic/grounded aesthetic
It's funny because in like 7 months the game will have Shrek skins and weapons that shoot exploding saw blades or some shit like that

It's....fine?
I'm only an hour in to multiplayer and it's mechanically sound but I don't like the 4 or so maps I played. They flow weirdly so far.
It's still too early to judge but I had more fun with my first hour of bops6
