We are pleased that MSPs have overwhelmingly voted down amendment 19 to the Bill which would have deleted reference to access rights and the Scottish Outdoor Access Code in the matters which the new Land Management Plans have to cover. That would have weakened the Bill.
#Hubris is an excessive pride or self-confidence that often leads to a downfall, particularly in literature and Greek tragedies. It is characterized by arrogance and a disregard for limits, which can provoke negative consequences.

Trump's plan is no substitute for urgent action in Gaza.

Yet another poll shows a majority backing Scottish independence.

Scotland's future must be decided by the people of Scotland, not politicians at Westminster.
Scots would vote to leave the Union should an independence referendum be held tomorrow, and there would be a pro-independence majority at Holyrood, a new poll has found
