I hope everyone is having a good day except for “health influencers” who say stuff like, “be careful eating too much fruit because it has a lot of sugar in it.”

I saw my first non-Anna’s or Costa’s hummingbird in Arizona last weekend and I’m still buzzing about it. A violet-crowned hummingbird! So cute! Look at its orange beak!

I’ll never forgive them for the film adaptation of the musical Hair. If any a play-turned-movie needed a remake, this would be my choice.

I don’t hate going to the dentist. It’s a perfectly ok experience. But the music… the music! It’s what I imagine they’d play in the fake good place that’s actually the bad place.
