Ottilenne realized her feelings for Astarion were deeper than attraction or a need to help him when he pulled her by the ankles out of the toxic miasma from the undead in the mountain pass, then held her hair back while she vomited up everything in her system.

Ottilenne would make sure Mint has a good meal, a favorite treat, a comfy night's sleep, and that she hasn't been neglecting any pains. She'd offer a hug if Mint wants one, and a calm presence to cry or vent with. Even when things seem dismal, she will point out the good that is easy to overlook.

It would be nearly impossible - think only nat20, disadvantage. She didn't take any normal tadpoles throughout the game, wouldn't use their powers (although she didn't stop others from using them), and didn't require a roll to turn down the Astral Tadpole when offered. For her, body horror.
