⚠️🇪🇺 Today, the European Commission released the #AutomotivePackage.

The package includes a proposal to revise the CO₂ standards for cars and vans, Europe’s key policy to accelerate EV uptake.

But the plans to weaken the 2035 zero-emission target risk slowing Europe’s #EV momentum.

✈️ As a “drop-in” fuel, #SAF is blended with fossil jet fuel and used in existing aircraft engines. Once blended, it can't be physically traced.

So how do airlines track SAF use, and how does this affect passengers’ carbon footprint? Find out in our blog ⬇️
