My new neighbors have 4 small elementary age kids that they homeschool and have playtime outside during business hours, a chicken coop and two big dogs one of whom is a German Shepherd that they don’t leash. The dog just about threw down with Rollo when he sprung up out of nowhere.

My boss messaged part of our team during a call yesterday telling 4 of us to ask questions bc it’s “something that leaders look for during reviews.”
The only person that asked a question was the youngest guy on the team & honestly his question was dumb. Probably all he could think of.
