Just finished reading All of Us Murderers by @kjcharleswriter.com. Just absolutely the best. I adore it's queer Gothicness & ❤️ the characters.

Also, I want to read all the Faraway Meadows books (IYKYK).

Today in #art - a small watercolor. The village & the foreground mushrooms are stamped, then I used a limited palette to color in the scene.

Small 5.5" x 3.5" watercolor on cold press watercolor paper 300GSM.

There is an English village (stamped outline) with foreground mushrooms looking a bit like trees (also a stamp.)

I used a limited palette to create the watercolor scene, blues, violets, greens & 1 brownish-yellow.

I came out to my family later in life & am happier now. That said, if you cannot come out for reason, know that you are *you* in your heart & you are loved.

Been out and proud for 30 years now. Won't say it's always been easy, but I live my life on my own terms.

Today I'm thinking of those who face challenges for being who they are. And fighting for a better world. 🏳️‍🌈💙🏳️‍⚧️
