Cooking the turkey breast in the air fryer was most excellent (once I figured out I'd have to cut off a big bony piece that was too tall for the basket.) The meat was lovely & tender & the skin was crispy.

Today is day 3 of fibro flares thanks to changing weather/rain/drizzle. For some reason, I'm having more trouble managing the pain today.
Ofc, my groceries are on the way & I imagine putting them away when they arrive will be enough to take all my spoons & leave me exhausted.

Today is day 3 of fibro flares thanks to changing weather/rain/drizzle. For some reason, I'm having more trouble managing the pain today.
Ofc, my groceries are on the way & I imagine putting them away when they arrive will be enough to take all my spoons & leave me exhausted.
