I'll add that there is absolutely no pressure on folks to come out. It's entirely your own choice and we all should respect that. And if you're thinking of coming out, or have recently done so, I hope you find the right support.

Been out and proud for 30 years now. Won't say it's always been easy, but I live my life on my own terms.

Today I'm thinking of those who face challenges for being who they are. And fighting for a better world. 🏳️‍🌈💙🏳️‍⚧️
