Woke up at 7 and my slick Grainfather(TM) had the mash ready to go. Decided to start so it would be working during coffee. Put in the grain, stirred, assembled everything, hit START. No pump. Disassembled pump, got it working, took 1/2 gallon of 150F water to the face, and we're rolling. Glamour.
