Slovak PM Robert Fico — an ally of Donald Trump — was left shocked at the U.S. president's state of mind after a meeting at Mar-a-Lago, five European diplomats told us.

Fico was concerned about Trump's "psychological state," two of them said.

I know it’s not like a surprise anymore that the president is an insane cretin who encourages political violence at almost every opportunity, protected by a cadre of corrupt judges who have cloaked his hateful conduct in impunity, but it’s a cold fact. www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202...

When Nixon ordered AG Richardson to fire special prosecutor Archibald Cox, who was investigating Nixon, Richardson resigned rather than participate in a cover-up.

As William Callie learned after he slaughtered civilians in My Lai, Vietnam, following orders is no defense.

The liberal squish who wrote the majority opinion in that case? Justice Antonin Scalia:

When I think about measles I think about the number 1,000. Thats the number that epidemiologists use to explain harm from measles in children. With 1,000 cases, about 200 children will require hospitalization, 50 will develop pneumonia, and one to three will die.

South Carolina is at 789.

I'm calling bullshit on the media narrative that Trump is "pivoting" and "deescalating" on his ICE raids. The threshold is this: As long as the military occupations and the treatment of US cities as enemy territory continue, there's no pivot. ICE out. 1/

USA Today is openly lying in this story. There is not "widespread criticism," there is:

* Criticism from a body that Donald Trump controls
* Criticism from a far-right body aligned with Donald Trump
* Criticism from a political appointee appointed by Donald Trump

That's it. That's the "widespread"
