Not sure whether this is a first but it’s certainly unusual. In my experience, Yorkshire Water generally state they have a legal duty to deal with water/sewage if a housing plan is given the go-ahead. thenortherneco.substack.com/p/yorkshire-... @saveourswale.bsky.social
